The Bridewell Court comprises some 52 unpaid volunteers.

Aldermen, Common Council, University Representatives and Co-opted School Governors. The full Court meets at the Guildhall in the City of London twice a year. The Court divides to 2 'sub' committees: the Estates Governors Committee meets twice a year also at the Guildhall. The School Governors meet at Witley once for Admissions, once for the School Inspection and three times a year for ‘business’ meetings. They also meet as required to review their long term ‘Blue Sky’ direction.
